At Middleton Machining, we’ve been providing quality contract machining and highly personalized services for more than 30 years. As a result, when you call Middleton, you’re dealing with a company that has the power to meet your contract machining needs every time.
Our machining expertise and experience allow us to perform the key processes, such as milling, drilling, boring, reaming and turning. Because we have a long-term commitment to this industry, over the years we’ve invested in three-, four- and five-axis machines that feature CNC capabilities, horizontal and vertical machining centers and more. Our automation capabilities comprise dual tower systems and multi-tool turrets. In sum, our expertise and technology ensure we consistently meet all quality specifications.
We work with most metals and have a one-ton lifting capacity. We contract machine parts of all sizes with a maximum turning diameter of 10″, a top turning length of 24″, milling widths and heights of more than 24″. Our maximum part weight is 200 lbs. Middleton Machining has what it takes to deliver very precisely machined parts that meet tolerances of ± .0002″. To ensure superior quality and timely delivery, we also offer related, value-added services such as reverse engineering, plating, powder-coating, silk screening and light to full assembly.
